Following business growth, we are looking to hire several Client Service officers to strengthen our Luxembourg team for the onboarding of new business and new clients.

Core mission

Ensure the implementation process of the application for Nadi’s customers by configuring in detail the different types of reports requested.

Role

·        Actively participate in the Functional Requirement Document drafting together with the Product Expert Team,

·        Implement high quality solutions in the application in respect with the Clients’ needs and documentation,

·        Perform the testing of the implementation done,

·        Draft the test reports and testing procedures to be provided to the Clients,

·        Participate in the presentation (demos) of the implementations done to the Clients, together with the Product Expert Team,

·        Act as a Support Officer or bring their expertise for support production or defects linked to the implementation done,

Skills required

·        Fluent in English,

·        Agile mindset,

·        Good experience in programming (Javascript),

·        For template experts: attention to details, templating skills, good knowledge of Word,

·        Interest in new technologies,

·        Good knowledge of the investment funds industry and of fund reporting,

·        Ability to learn and work fast,

·        Good stress management,

·        Deadline-driven,

·        Client and solution oriented,

·        Strong interpersonal skills,

·        Team spirit,
