French Fund Administration
This project related to the replacement of a semi-automated production tool, the objective was to improve the quality of the document produce, to have a more experienced provider and ultimately to increase the productivity of internal teams.
Background
A well-established international Fund Administrator is operating workwide with its bigger fund ceneter in Luxembourg and Paris. It administers over 2000 funds and wanted to increase their productivity and that's why they have selected our reporting platform nadi. Nadi is providing its solution to ensure the production of financial Reporting, Legal Reporting and Investor Reporting for these two locations.
Outcome
Deploying nadi reporting platform allows our client to significantly increase the automation of the production. Thanks to that, our client has been able to reduction the number of FTE in its team by 22% (from 16 to 12 FTE), for one location.
In addition of streamlining the document generation, nadi has been able to meet our client methodology with its great flexibility. Our client is now able to monitore successfully its production with the dashboards put in place by Nadi's team, our client gets the full ownership of its production cycle.
Finally, the availability, the reactiveness and business expertise of the Nadi's support team also drastically improved the efficiency of the collaboration and strenghten the relationship between both companies.
